This collection reflects the passage Ephesians 6:10-18, "Put the whole armor of God," and 2 Chronicles 20:15-22, "The battle belongs to the Lord." When life gets difficult the greatest weapon against the enemy is worship and praise. The Lord promises us the battle belongs to the Lord. He is with us and we do not have to be afraid. Joanna has learned from experience that worshipping and praising God brings healing and deliverance in our lives. One of Joanna’s giants is fear. Through reading God’s Word, prayer and worship the battle belonged to the Lord and melted fear. We also are called to pray for others as Ephesians 6:18. This collection is a mixture of different styles, but it is based on praying for this nation and this world. We are called to serve others. Jesus came not to be served, but to serve others.
